Plex 4 Vets LLC develops and builds small multifamily housing concepts designed around veterans and active duty households. We focus on homes that can support owner occupancy alongside rental units, with decisions grounded in the site, construction plan, financing, and the real work of operating a property.
The companion nonprofit education initiative, Plex for Vets, is a separate organization. Participation in nonprofit education does not require using Plex 4 Vets LLC. Each organization’s services and any referral process should be explained independently.

Frequently asked questions
Can a VA-backed loan be used for a fourplex?
VA purchase loans can cover a property with up to four residential units when you meet the program and lender requirements and intend to occupy the home.
Is a down payment always required?
Not always. Some borrowers qualify for no down payment, but entitlement, underwriting, purchase price, fees, and other costs still matter.
Can I rent out every unit right away?
A VA-backed purchase requires an intent to occupy the property as your home. Discuss any change in occupancy plans with your lender before acting.
What if I have never been a landlord?
Start with the responsibilities: screening, leases, repairs, fair housing rules, bookkeeping, and reserves. You can also evaluate professional management.
Is Plex 4 Vets LLC the same as Plex for Vets?
No. Plex 4 Vets LLC is a developer and home building company, separate from the nonprofit Plex for Vets. Education through the nonprofit is not conditioned on purchasing services from Plex 4 Vets LLC.
